I went to your site, www.mentalgrowth.com, and admittedly saw some things that concerned me. I must be misunderstanding. Perhaps you can clarify some of them here. I will insert the items I am questioning from your site within the <<>>.

Define "inspired". If I (in the generic sense) go to a church to sit and listen to the voice of God in the solitude and tranquility of a sanctuary, are you saying that I can't accomplish that because I'm too influenced by satan, since I am seeking out the building in which to find that peace? If your answer to that question is yes,
are you then insinuating that ...... If inspiration is emotional, then we fall into the trap of fueling our ego and the alien identity within us. If we can be inspired with an inner joy that is controlled and does not involve feelings, but a moment of bliss, then we can be continuously staying in moments of the here and now which we know as conscious awareness. This is only the true state in which we can connect with our Creator. No one knows how much satan is in you but you. We all have some of satan in our alien identity. If you watch its powers over you, you can control it. The answer is how much it controls you and how much fuel you give it. The "building" should never be an issue and if it gives you a "high" you are already in trouble and on an "addiction" trip. .........reading the Bible would do me no good because I'm incapable of grasping it's truths? When you read the bible there is a very important issue here. What you get from it is determined by your present state of consciousness and how you perceive truth in an objective way and where it does not give you another "high". What is also very important is that the bible contains "words". You must be able to read between the lines never to memorize the "words". Glance through the pages and pick out what you understand and never read what seems to be confusing never to memorize. You should never read the bible. Poke through it selectively. I never read the bible and received all of my (re)discoveries by raising my consciouness to absolute truth and slowly gave up all of my addictions to having only preferences. Your ego must go too. Do not ever Will it to happen but let it slowly come to you. The key is not to energize anything with feelings and emotions. The latter is food for your alien identity which will eventually dissolve as your emotional life dies. If you get upset about anything, express it in the right way at the right time and then let go of it. Sometimes nothing is better than the wrong way.

Would that emotion include a "fire-and-brimstone" sermon? Are you suggesting that hymns are intended to be a distraction that enslaves a parishoner to his congregation? Yes, and as you see people never leave their church to graduate from it. I believe that Jesus said that, "one must sooner or later graduate". They cannot because they learned nothing and are addicted to the feeling the church gives them.

While I will agree that the Rev. Jim Jones exploited his followersand distorted the word of God, I believe that he is the exception and not the rule. Are you comparing his actions on an equivalent level of most of the churches in this country? Yes. It is all relative, however we can be a little evil or a lot evil. As you already know we all have some evil in us never to be perfect but can yearn for absolute. This should be your choice.

I correct that you don't believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ? No, I have a closeness to the purpose of Jesus and you must understand that I was indoctrinated with orthodox judaism. I love the principles that Jesus practiced and believe that Christianity is good but we find so few true Christians. A newborn Christian cannot be one instantly but can be one through many years of forgiveness and sincerity. Jesus spent a lot of time in solitude and meditation. You have it right there...Correct. Meditation is the solution because it brings you next to Creator. We are all capable of that which Jesus accomplished in time however it could take a lifetime. A higher consciousness in the present moment is a form of meditation when the moments are many moments.

Am I correct in understanding that you believe the Bible has actually corrupted our minds so that we cannot attain eternal salvation? It all depends on....when you start to read the bible you must ask yourself, "what state of mind am I at?" If you are heavily corrupted you are correct. If you are able to open up to absolute and forgiveness, sincere forgiveness from the heart and soul, you have hope to set yourself free fom your evil state of mind, the addictions to life.

Yes, when parents have reached a higher conscious level of awareness and become an example of Creator's purpose. When they fully understand their personal failings and move in the absolute direction. Many parents discover absolute, in time, however too late to show an example to their children. The children then go on where they must find out what it is all about themselves through pain and suffering. They will rebel or conform to the corruption until their pain arrives.

Gore won florida (arguably) and won the national popular vote. If the 'will' of the people had been heard, if all of the votes in florida were hand counted, Gore would come out on top. You republicans may argue with this but it's true. Why else does Bush want to stop the hand recounts? Because he knows he'l lose if they go through. And why doesn't he want to hand count the entire state of florida, which is what should be done? Because he probably still would lose, and this way he can make gore look like a 'sore loser' and make the hand count look unfair because it's only being done in 2 democratic counties, even though gore already offered a state-wide recount. In the end there really is no sollution to all this, because how can we justify recounting florida and not the rest of the nation. If the whole nation did a hand recount Bush might win, but wed be counting until memorial day. But how can we not do a recount in florida when the election is hanging in the balence of 900 votes?? maybe the only sollution is a whole new election.

Bush won the first count by machine as all of America had done. Then
Bush won the machine second count. Gore was unable to admit that he truly lost therefore did every means he could to find more votes to possibly turn it around. Dictatorships never lose elections... a fact of history... proving that Gore is on the edge of a dictator.

DR. FOSTER: Bush made his move to NOT change the entire counts of florida because
he had already won and therefore why should he have taken the risk of more mischief. Why would anyone expose themselves to losing a hard battle where the media bias changed the mood of the voters throughout the country seen by so many close losses for Bush. Undoubtedly, I believe that if there is any voter fraud in America and for sure there is plenty of multiple voting and alien voters that mostly all came from the Democratic side by the nature of the Democtatic voters. The liberal-socialists cater to you know whom.......? Anyway if anyone prefers to be a slave to liberal-socialism, under the rulers of America, the hypocrits and liars, even treasonous leadership keep on trying as they must. There is no dignity in psychopaths just the pretense of being for the people but actually being for themselves and their addictive ego trip which leads to POWER.
It is a big ego trip for Gore as it has been for Bill Clinton. They
show no signes of honor and integrity, and just because they may

An argument about the existence of each person's "soul"?.........
Can you prove humans have a soul?......

DR. ROY FOSTER: A Soul? Can one prove humans have a soul?

There are two kinds of human beings. the ones who are in touch with their souls and the ones who are not. This basically proves the definition of a soul and that one exists. This is how it goes.......

Babies are born with soul and conscience (Supposedly to you who has doubt). Along comes a "corruptor" and starts working on the child's innocence by different forms of mental and physical molestations (corruption). The child, not understanding what is happening to him or her, joins with the trauma conditioning and either rebels to it by building upon a big ego or chooses to conform to the corruption and becomes just like the violator. All of these moments of truama alters the state of consciousness of the child and later future adult.

Now we have a human entity who is psychotic, emotional and unaware of himself and unable to reach into his soul which has a conscience. I often describe this as dysfunctional (see Florida this moment)
He or she then acts in irresponsible ways to cause harm to others and feels guilty because he or she has a conscience-soul. We describe this phenomenon as not connecting with the conscience (soul).

Definition of Soul: 1. The rational, emotional facilities in man, conceived as forming an entity distinct from and often existing independently of, his body. 2. The divine principle of life in man; the moral and spiritual part of man as related to God (Creator) considered as surviving death and liable to joy or misery in future state. 3. The emotional faculty of man as distinguished from his intellect. Dictionary - Funk and wagnalls
#1 is questionable and partly incorrect.
#3 is incorrect.
#2 is somewhat correct.

We do not have any proof that the soul moves on to another future life after death. We do have proof that something exists within the human entity which provides the base for moral decency, rule and order, intgerity and a connection with some super power. For many it is something quite suppressed. This is visible when the human entity gives up everything for his or her need for power (ego)and the need to feel life. Those who live by the feeling of life - ego and power - demonstrate a lack of soul and comscience. We must call it this or what else can we call it?

Prayer has proved that with prayer miracles have happened and this comes about through the reaching into the soul (conscience)because in the first place to what is the prayer directed but to a super power, although many do not know to which direction to pray.

Obviously we cannot see God (Creator), however the power of Creator is self-evident just by seeing a tree grow from nothing to something very big. Now, we know that there are people who have no connection with their conscience and can become serial killers and there are people who are constantly in touch with their conscience and do everything they possibly can correctly according to the ten commandments or even basic fair standards of principles.

In regard to animals in comparison to humans, it is obvious that they have something very different which is the consideration for the life of other humans. There is a "compassion'; not visible in animals but quite visible in humans. This difference could be described as conscience or soul and the moral spiritual part, depending upon what name you would like to give this divine connection.

Now, we can also stop for moments and come to a meditative state of mind to connect with Creator. Many humans have this ability and we see this in the Budist Monks who hide in the Himalayans. Who and what are they connecting with. God is not in their presence therefore they utilize their inner soul if you want to call it that to connect with their conscience as a divine protocol reaching out to their Creator who put them there in the first place. That's another miracle, of course.

The divine rule or protocol could be stated as Creator put humans on this earth with an inner "central receiving point" in order to direct the so called soul and provide for it a means to pursue life in a manner according to Creator's rules. Creator always wishes things to be absolute (from Creator) and the only way to accomplish this is to have a "central point of connection" within the human entity... we can call this the soul and conscience.

The error that man had made was to live through the ego and the feelings received from life (emotions) which energize the ego and its relationship with sinisterism. Therefore this provides for the base for not being able to receive the inner message from Creator (sin) and prove that there must be something which man avoids to satisfy his ego and power trips. In other words he left something out in his life... the soul and conscience. The extreme example of the egomaniac (psychopath) demonstrates a complete distance from the "central message center" soul.

Spirituality and soul are synonymous and it is self-evident that some form of spirituality exists in human entities especially when comparing animals to human beings. There is a spiritual sense in a person who has kindness, goodnes, love, integrity, intuitiveness, perception and commons sense. Many corrupted human entities do not show signs of having any of this therefore proving that there is something different there. Of course they had been corrupted and had lost their innocence to conform or rebel to "it".

Okay, we obviously strayed from the point. I was not quoting bible or scripture, that particular statement about souls was a response to the statement about "what if I was an atheist?". My original point was that we all have the free will to make our own moral choices based on what we believe either through our choice of faith or our upbringing or whatever other factors may take place in our life to determine the directions our choices take. I do not believe the issue of abortion is a political issue but a personal one which is why (and once again, this is back to the original topic of discussion) I am a pro-choice republican and I do not believe I am either evil,ignorant, or anything else a fanatical pro-life advocate would accuse me of. Ignorance (and I apologize for using my reply to you to reply to Pat) is assuming that only your way of thinking is the correct way of thinking. We are not in the age of the crusades or the inquisition anymore

First of all, killing people in wars is self-defense and only if it is necessary. And on the issue of the death penalty, why are people put on death row in the first place? Because they committed a heinous crime. What have these "fetus'" done? Nothing but being conceived at the wrong time. When a fetus is 3 weeks old, a heartbeat can be detected, and it starts to take on "human" features. How can you say that it is not a baby? What else would it be, a dog? What about a baby that is born premature, like that baby who was born 3 months premature, weighing only 12 oz with 1 1/2 tablespoons of blood. Was that not a baby, or was that still a fetus? When exactly does a fetus become a human? If we cant prove it, how can terminate it. What if it was a baby, then that would be murder. Just because a baby in the womb cannot live on its own doesnt make it any less of a human. A 2 month old cant live on its own without someone, is it human then? See, I can back up my argument, can you?
