- ........Unconstitutional Federal
meddling has contributed to America's recent educational decline
but a return to the Founding era's mix of private and home schooling
could turn the tide. Even to go back to the 1920's would make
a big difference. Anything that would eliminate the Federal government's
intervention and control. The Bush administration of 2001 is
wrong in this area.
........In April 1983 a special
presidential commission on education issued an alarming report
entitled "A Nation at Risk". The grim reality of America's
precipitous educational decline was revealed in a litany of disturbing
failures. The report found that "some 23 million American
adults are functionally illiterate."
........One must understand that
the government needs to keep it this way in order to undermine
the people into a submissive state in order that their numerous
brainwashing techniques take hold. Basically this is a socialistic-Communist
way of keeping the people under control and also the way to make
a Capitalistic society fold. In addition this report pointed
out that "about 13 percent of all 17 year-olds in the United
States can be considered functionally illiterate." The report
also took note that SAT tests "demonstrate a virtually unbroken
decline from 1963 to 1980.
........Now if an unfriendly power
had attempted to impose on America the mediocre educational performance
that exists today, we might well have viewed it as an act of
war. This actually is what the Marxist Manifesto (1924) had intended,
and we can see that they have already won their war without shooting
a weapon or losing a life. Actually the way the socialists, the
liberal democrats particularly, operate today it is quite obvious
that they belong to a sinister agenda with a goal to undermine
their own people without even knowing. The liberals are unconscous
and you can observe daily that they make excuses for everything,
their behavior and anything they do which receives criticism.
(Watch Fox News and observe the battle of truth versus liberal
mindsets) They are not aware of their psychotic conditioning
and actually believe that they are working for the country. Even
leaders like Hitler and Mussolini believed that they represented
the welfare of the people and only to higher conscious individuals
such as this author does the absolute truth appear. There is
no difference between Fascism and Socialism when it comes to
sinisterism and isn't that pathetic!
........It's
quite pathetic that the American educational system,
being the most expensive in the entire world's history, is one
big failure. Even to think that most Americans wish to keep it
this way is truly pathetic! What is wrong is that the people
themselves have a serious problem when it comes to their conditioning,
addictions and even obsessive behavior which keeps them in a
frenzy always looking for escapes rather than painful correction.
Correcting the educational system is correction and their egos
are to big to make the correction. Just imagine a prideful teacher
in the school system needing to believe that she and the entire
system has failed. It's just oo painful!
........It is a big catastrophe
with no solutions but one and that is to eliminate it. Leave
the educating to the parents and local boards is truly the only
solution. The results have been as predictable as they have been
disastrous not only in their actual learning capability but in
an area of self-destruction, anger and the feelings of no future
for the young adult. Suicide even becomes a pattern and to even
kill their own friends has been happening lately (2001). The
"dumbing-down" has taken place, and this author has
also described it as "down-breeding" in Volume
III, WorldsGreatestConspiracy.com". There is even an
acceleration into this digression and the Nation is at more risk
than ever.
........The Bush administration
is also digging the hole even deeper by continuing the same pattern
of federalism. He is providing for new spending, new legislature,
centralizing and reforming to continue the use of the same teachers
who have been brainwashed over the past forty years to filter
into the children the notions of communism and now even homosexuality
is an acceptable behavior (California law 2001).
........Bush's "No child left
behind" is the game played by the New World Order to indoctrinate
socialism into the minds of the young Americans. This president
is duplicating the work of his father and the results speak for
themselves - nothing but a failure and worse yet. The New American
magazine describes this as a gigantic debacle. To create the
New World Order one must bring the mentality of Americans down
to their level which includes lack of spirituality, virtues and
morality. Just imagine being at the same conscious level as the
Russians, the Cubans and even the Chinese, and wouldn't that
be pathetic!
........The constitution does not
provide for any federal involvement in education, and actually
the 10th amendment prohibits such involvement. The intervention
of federalism in education has resulted in a total disaster.
We can only expect the worst and only when parents come out of
the closets and express their distaste the inevitable will arrive
even sooner as the nation collapses into a third class level
with all the others around. Actually some of the other countries
now have a better educational system but it is the comparing
of the spiritual level of consciousness that truly matters not
how much one is educated into rote which only displaces common
sense anyway.
At one time the liberals even denounced the idea of federalism
in the schools. It was about 1958 with the passage of the National
Defense Education Act, that the federal government first stuck
its nose into schools. With every federal initiative from that
time on we saw the indicators demonstrating the slide of American
education. All the teachers are to blame too because they are
also only interested in how much they earn rather than what they
are teaching and how they teach. This author remembers his wonderful
education in a boy's school in England during the 1940's and
early 1950's. At that time the children had respect for the teacher
and respect for their parents. It did not make any difference
how many children had been in the classroom at that time, even
as many as fifty-five but they all turned out brilliant. The
feds. have been saying, "Cut this classrooms down to twenty"
with even worse results. Now you can understand where the problem
truly exists in the teaching and attitudes.
........It exists in the corrupt
nature the people not in the educational system itself. You just
cannot get out something that does not exist there in the first
place.
We can go back a long way and see that Americans were far better
off before the intrusion of Washington into education. In 1765,
John Adams said," A native of America who cannot read or
write is as rare an appearance..... as a comet or an earthquake."
........Today (2001) illiteracy
is rampant. All of the evidence proves that John Adams did not
over exaggerate.
........The following comes from
Managers of Virtue: Public School Leadership in America, 1820
-1980 (1982) and provides this favorable description of education
in our young Republic:
Americans had been the most literate people in the world at one
time. In the 1840 census, about 90 percent of white adults were
listed as literate. A recent study of a 1860 census showed that
94 percent of free males were literate and among these the older
men were only slightly less literate than the younger ones, indicating
that instruction had been widespread even early in the nineteenth
century.
........In the early nineteenth
century, citizens tended to have an attitude towards education
that Americans today have towards religion: attend the school
of your choice. The choices reflected differences of class, religion,
ethnicity, race, sex and regional tastes and needs. Benevolent
societies and churches sometimes aided by governments established
charity schools for children whose families were too poor to
afford schooling.
........A useful picture had been
provided by "The Colonial Experience 1607 - 1774 "
from "A Basic History of the United States (1983) by Clarence
Carson: The Boston Latin School started in 1635 where the ages
of the students were about 7 to 15 (grammar school). This had
been similar to elementary and junior high schools but that is
where the similarities ended.
The catering to the teachers union specially in California has
obviously resulted in the poor education for our students. This
is now a political agenda which comes before the good of the
people. This is well observed with Gray Davis governor of California
(2000) who has a pot full of money from the teachers union to
maintain the status quo and even the initiating of homosexual
education. One must ask, "Is Davis a (censored) to have
done such an act of regression against his oath of office?"
Now those who were admitted to the schools in 1635 had already
learned to read and write, and the schools were devoted to the
studying of Latin and the literature written in it. The older
students studied Greek. This had been a preparation for college.
Harvard College started in 1636 where the early curriculum consisted
of logic, rhetoric, Greek, Hebrew, ethics and metaphysics....basically
the continuation of Classical and Biblical studies.
The American colonists rarely confused schooling with education
and they would not have tolerated today's immoral, intellectually
bankrupt zoos that are now fraudulently passed off as public
education institutions.
........There was no state imposed
education and it was a family responsibility in Colonial America.
It was left entirely up to the individual. There were no compulsory
attendance laws enforced by the governmens. Most children received
their early education at home where they were taught to read,
write and figure, and would also be trained in housekeeping if
girls and for boys the task to make a living. In many colonies
there were church schools and schools provided by charity or
schools maintained by several large families. They taught trades
and professions by serving apprenticeships under someone who
had mastered them. In the 1040's in England, this author learned
under a divided educational system where the boys were separated
from the girls for good reasons. Focusing on education and not
other things defineitely provides for a better learning environment.
Pathetically this is not happeniong in America. The fundamental
changes which must be made in today's educational system must
be recognized from that which really worked many years ago but
is not in the sights of the present day's administration because
the administration itself is fundamentally corrupt for self-serving
reasons. A
- ........Also at the age of ten
this author had to pass a test to go to the higher education
level (Grammar School). Those who did not pass went to a trade
school or at least had the opportunity to learn a trade at that
school and pick the one of their choice. This author graduated
high school (known then as Grammar School) and entered pre-college
at the age of sixteen. He spent two years in pre-college and
then one year at a job before going to America to the University
of Southern California to complete six years of college at the
age of twenty-two and then to become a businessman in several
pharmacies.
........Only one fourth of the men
who signed the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation
and the Constitution attended college. George Washington was
educated by his father, Benjamin Franklin by his father and a
private school and Thomas Jefferson by a tutor.
- They all held their own when it came to European intellect.
For sure they dwarf - in erudition, eloquence, imagination, integrity
and common sense - the political figures of our modern era. Just
comparing Bill Clinton must be an embarrassment to those in America
not true to any absolute truth. This author has for years been
expressing the condition of the corrupted mindset of today which
lacks common sense, perception, intuition and any good reasoning.
What had been present over two hundred years ago has today disappeared
as the society has given into "it" - addictions, materialism
and power overcome with emotions and fear.
........Left-wing historians have
portrayed the Founders as a cabal of high-born silver spoon aristocrats
conspiring against the common man. Some had been born into considerable
wealth and that is always the nature of prominent leaders as
seen as follows:
William Floyd and Lewis Morris of New York, George Read of Delaware,
William Paca and Charles Carroll of Maryland, George Wythe, Thomas
Jefferson and Richard Henry Lee of Virginia, John Hancock of
Massachusetts, and Edward Rutledge and Thomas Hayward of South
Carolina were of this origin. However many were not.
........The author wishes to bring
this out to illustrate that the difference today is the dysfunctional
mindset which has become more and more dysfunctional while the
society's backbone broke down losing sight of the difference
between right and wrong, and education detriorated by way of
an evil undermining. We have devil-oped inferior downbreeded
people who have become leaders in a corrupt way. This is the
only way they have learned from their parents. We had them hundreds
of years ago but what we are now looking at is America and how
it all began with basic common sense which we do not find today.
Children graduate today from high school without common sense
and even lack basic reading and mathematic skills.
........Here is a list of different
origins from our Founders of 1776. Many of the Founders had come
from humble (some even destitute) origins. They had fully availed
themselves of the educational; opportunities at hand. Many were
self-taught:
Roger Sherman of Connecticut: His father died when he
was 19 and the whole care and support of a large family devolved
on him. He had been apprenticed to a shoemaker and then took
charge of the farm his father left him. He had earlier limited
education (but his commons sense remained), but with a naturally
strong and active mind he acquired a large stock of knowledge
from books, during his apprenticeship. He would have that book
next to him all the time. He had no guide or instructor in the
study of law and borrowed them and yet became one of the most
profound jurists of his day. This is
what we must call converse to patheticism!
Francis Hopkinsons of New Jersy: His father
died at fourteen. His mother then took care of a large family
of children where the income was not enough. His mother took
care of his education until he could go to college in Philadelphia.
He commenced the study of law after leaving college and began
practicing in 1765.
Dr.Benjammin Rush of Pennsylvania: His father dies when
Benjamin had been only 6 years old. He was left with his brother.
She did not have adequate means to educate him and he was placed
in the hands of Rev. Dr.Findlay. When completed his studies he
entered Princeton College and took his degree at the age of sixteen.
George Walton of Georgia: He had a limited early education
and at the age of fourteen had been a apprentice to a carpenter.
He had an inquiring mind and a thirst for knowledge. His master
gave him no time to read during the day or even no lights at
night. He then used torchwood for light and spent his evenings
in study. He then went on to study law and became an eminent
barrister.
In an 1817 survey of Boston we had 96% of the children in several
schools and the rest had charity schools, therefore there had
been no justification for any public school system which the
Unitarians (socialists) had tried to formulate. The opposition
to socialism was from a Bullfinch who had moral issues. He claimed
that public primary schools were unnecessary because most parents
who sent their children to private tuition schools did not look
upon the expense as a burden and paid out of love and a sense
of duty. This in turn made them better parents. If the public
had paid for the education, the parents would have had less interest
and payed less attention to the business of education.
........This is the way the socialists
of America destroyed the minds of most of the children by making
parents avoid their responsibility for education and by leaving
it to the socialists allowed a brainwashing to occur and even
to produce lengthy college curriculums and unnecessary fruitless
studies which today cannot even be used for the future of the
graduate. As the moral aspect of taking care of your own children
disappeared when it came to education, the American socialist
government grew and at the same time weakened the minds of all
who gave into this patheticism we have today. In actuality, because
of the public school system even America which is supposed to
be Capitalistic is close to being ruled by Communism because
of this particular mind-control phenomenon over the children.
Because of the inferiority complex and lack of self-esteem coming
from the dumbing-down affects we have gangs, crime, children
killing children. One cannot mix this with the materialistic
attitude which we see in most American families of 2001. More
gambling and lotteries have also created a big dent in the morality
of most Americans increasing the addictive state of mind and
reducing the consciousness to a very low level.
........By giving power to the government
and giving up the personal responsibility of parents to teach
their own children themselves and even to watch over the way
they are being educated has led to a disastrous time for America.
Not only does America have so many other problems with pornography,
homosexuality and pedaphilia, addictions to drugs, too much entertainment
and gambling but with the creation of no mind of one's own and
poor basic understanding and communicating skills we have created
the beginning of the collapse of the society which Americans
were proud of at one time.
........What we could have done
to make parents better parents, even by having the education
we have within these Volumes, we should have thought of the necvessity
for correction or even a slight improvement not to leave the
responsibility to undesirable people in Washington who have only
one thing in mind but to rule and undermine while they feed upon
their power trip with infidelity and coercion in order to unconsciously
bring the country down even faster. They are guilty in Washington,
and guilty people self-destruct into life-styles which are not
deserving of any reward. America needs to wake up and make changes
now. If they do not, it will surely be pathetic!
........We have seen in recent years
how the bureaucrats have learned to isolate themselves from change
and even make laws in their favor. It took many years for them
to reach this pedistal of corruption. Seduce their constituents
in believing anything and then move on in their own style. They
have gone along with their own gradual change to arrive at where
they are today. They have passed laws to educate children into
accepting homosexuality in California even against the will of
the parents. As these bureaucrats grew in power from one generation
to the next they built a defense from the mainstream family influence
in order to arrive at their own agenda to produce dumbed-down
citizens who they can now control. A democracy no longer exists.
Sinisterism pathetically rules today especially in governments.
With sinisterism at the top this evil trickles back into the
family environment and we arrive at the final goal of the alien
identity which is an entire down-breeding of men, women and chilren
totally addicted to everything within an abusive educational
system.
........Bullfinch, who had morality
in his mind, argued that the office of instruction belongs to
parents, and that to the schoolmaster is delegated a portion
only of the parental character and rights. In the times of this
author's education, there had been a schoolmaster who actually
had mastered the true moral principles of education. Today (2001)
we have principals who follow their indoctrinations of socialism
and personal feelings of insecurity. The scholastic success in
the colonial years came from the parents and not from public
education which always would contain subversive activity. This
had been known two hundred and fifty years ago and this message
is pathetically lost today because the authorities today are
under the control of "it" even in an unconscious way
- not to forget what spell the people are under. When people
become conscious of sinisterism and how dysfunctional they can
be then they can change the direction of education and other
serious subversive activities. With self-denial so powerful today
and with the use of psychotherapeutic drugs there is little hope
without a very painful experience or disaster, These volumes
of books written by Dr.Roy Foster have the basic ingredient for
change but if not accepted there cannot be change. It takes going
back to insight and perception, our original Creator's gifts,
to weather this storm.
........Illegal migration is just
another means to arrive at the end much more quickly. Even the
new administration is going along with this down-breeding which
has now changed Colonialism and the Republic into a third world
nation. The bureaucrats have lost all vision of reason and America's
sovereignty has been undermined now for nearly seventy-five years.
They have been pecking away at the Constitution for sometime
and even are going against it within the Federal Educational
ideology. Education is in the hands of the government and even
if the feds. loosen up the local levels are no different until
the parents can take it over to have any hope. Isn't that pathetic!
........In the times of the colonies
the parents did much teaching at home. We are beginning to see
this growing and you will see how the bureaucrats will try hard
to stop this. Teachers in America are brainwashed into educating
the children not what is best for them but what will make the
system control their minds. The teachers are so unconscious that
they are not aware of what is happening to their country. Worrying
about their own particular security and how much they must make
and the union's power is a serious problem. This is what we have
today. How pathetic!
In the time of the colonies, rural areas taught their children
at home and even the urban areas did the same. In America's early
history, it was the mixture of homes schools, tutors, academics,
church schools, charity schools, apprenticeships and so on that
produced the incredible intellectual flowering which became the
base for America's growth.
........With too much intellectualism,
we later created the downfall of today because it devil-oped
the ego and this has not been understood otherwise they might
have placed a damper on this. The basic dumbing-down which arrived
had come from the complete lack of understanding of why the human
mind can deteriorate spiritually from the overemphasis of rote
learning and pride. This digression of a society is unconscious
although the move of the sinister aspects have a consciousness
that expands upon the power given to "it". It is frightening
to see that evil can dominate a society which is supposed to
be very intelligent but it is the intelligentsia that crates
the unconscious mind-set and further self-denial of absolute
truth. Over educating useless materials into young minds produces
the down-breeding of spiritual humans into animallike entities
who live from feeling life not from doing that which is correct.
We have pathetically arrived at that !
........Today 2001, we have college
graduates who struggle to read and comprehend The Federalist
Papers. As a comparison we saw master essays by Alexander Hamilton,
James Madison and John Jay intended for the common man and these
were first published in the local newspapers and were widely
read by the general population. With The Political Sermons of
the American Founding Era (1990) and American Political Writing
during the Founding era (1983) we have found that most college
graduates today find the rich vocabulary, sophisticated argumentation,
complex concepts, references to Greek and Roman antiquity and
literary allusions in these political speeches, debates and church
sermons of two centuries ago very humbling.
........The McGuffey Readers first
published in 1830's with over 120 million copies sold.... these
venerable textbooks were the backbone of American pedagogy for
over 90 years - until being supplanted by Dick and June, and
other similar tripe. The McGuffey Readers employed sound phonics
instruction methods and presented literature worth reading that
inspired and elevated students. Most important was that the Readers
unabashed moralizing and had "evening prayer" something
completely forgotten and to be eliminated in public schools.
The basis of meditating and being silent for a few minutes is
the rule for raising one's consciousness. You will never see
this in the schools of today if they remain public. By eliminating
meditation and minutes of silence, the sinister movement keeps
people under control. Once upon a time people were able to stay
conscious through their religion and meditations but today it
has disappeared into hypocritical life-styles which feed on the
dumbed-downs and makes way to different forms of Communism. Even
the past Russian leader Gorbachev is free to lecture all over
America and isn't that pathetic! You can see just from this how
America has become unconscious and the poor education has made
a big dent in any true democracy left.
........The Readers would write:
"At the close of day, before you go to sleep, you should
not fail to pray to God to keep you from sin and from harm.....You
should thank him for all the good gifts and learn while young,
to put your trust in him and the kind care of God will be with
you both in your youth and in your old age." Of course these
were not politically correct books but the Christian religion
was the religion of the country. Today it is a country of many
religions without the respect needed for the Christian religion.
The migration of millions of people who still have an allegiance
to their past do not humble themselves to America's original
culture and have actually undermined it as a requirement of sinisterism.
Amnesty adds to it and what do they care. They had nothing when
they left and were taught to resent those who were decent and
respectful only to now express anger on a weakening society similar
to the Romans two thousand years ago. There is no love for America
because America has changed and no longer makes morality and
virtue important. The honor and respect has diminished. It is
now pathetically what you can get away with!

dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion
and morality are indispensable supports. Whatever may be conceded
to the influence of refined education.....reason and experience

exclusion of religious principles." There must be a return
to these convictions, principles and truths, and a return to
the proven educational methods of years ago....definitely not
in the rush to vast and costly new expansions of the Federal
Education Leviathan which we see to day.

this trend and go back to the way it used to be in the author's
days when there had been respect for the teacher and an appreciation
to be able to learn, as a gift from Creator. At that time about

States is being dumbed down deliberately now for many years.
Since the Communist Manifesto had been written about 80 years
ago it has been a gradual affect but accelerating as the officials
became change agents. The effects of the Alien
Identity which controlled the Communist party in Russia for
so many years to have moved into the Western Regions of the world
is now quite visible in America. Sixty Minutes TV program November
4th 2002 finished by stating," Russians are good people.
Russians are nodifferent than Americans."

his first book in 1992 explaining how education is a conspiracy.
He had not known of Charlotte and would have given it the attention
it deserved. The entire world is under the control of an Alien Identity which has a direct

- ......When one of my two sons
brought home a questionnaire from school about his and our family's
values she knew something was wrong. (1970) Then she saw incredible
things going on in the schools: Kids rolling around on the floor;
self-concept training; all the fuzzy, mushy, touchy-feeling type
instruction. She also discovered that the school district was
led by a Harvard-trained superintendent who later admitted to
me that he considered himself a change agent.

at about the same time what was wrong with the system and America
as a whole. He had changed his life through several years of
group therapy and some one-on -one with psychiatrists and psychologists
not forgetting the spiritual minister who truly made it happen.
He simply woke up and even experienced exorcisms. They were mild
exorcisms because this author did not have the chronic trauma
conditioning found in most people today. For most people this
would mean much more aggressive exorcisms to get rid of the Alien Identity and most of the

on for so many generations in the modern era of America and for
even thousands of years is this undermining of the spiritual
soul and only for the interventions by Creator has the undermining
been kept at a more constant level but what we are seeing today

In actuality the evil of socialism empowers most people to actually
undermine that which Creator had produced for us within our conscience
and original gifts of common sense, intuition and perception.
Realization is another gift because without this there is no
relief from the stronghold of the Alien
Identity in all of us. Realization leads to salvation and
forgiveness.

- ........She began complaining
to the principal and the school board about several programs,
even about the curriculum itself. After two failed attempts to
get elected to the school board, she won a position in 1976.
She said that she had to laugh now because they counted votes
three times in hopes of finding that she had not triumphed. Soon,
a retired public school teacher came to her and asked her to
attend an in-service training conference entitled "Innovations
in Education" An ally, she even paid for her to attend.
That conference was a real eye-opener and she had been on her

attendees were given a copy of The Change Agent's Guide to Innovations
in education, the bible for bringing our change in our schools
and communities, written by Ronald Havelock of the University
of Michigan. They were even taught how to identify resisters
and, because this is precisely what she was, they were unknowingly
teaching her how to identify herself. Part of the instruction
dwelled on techniques to influence community leaders - businessmen,
service club members, doctors and others - to gain their support
for the introduction of absolutely disastrous programs. This
manual, funded by the U.S. Office of Education (the forerunner
of the department of Education), gave suggestions about how to
"sneak in" controversial and "innovative"
methods of teaching in such areas as health education, drug and
alcohol education, sex education, critical thinking education
and other types of "education".
........At this point, it occurred
to her that no one ever termed math courses "math education"
or reading courses "reading education". From that day
forward, she had been suspicious of any school course that has
the word "education" attached to it. But that's a small
point. She had lived in socialist countries and traveled in Communist
countries. And here she was being taught at federal expense to
identify "resisters" who were opposed to these socialistic
dumbing-down proposals.

is that they seek to destroy absolute values and cast aside the

That's what we wanted and that's what had been promised. Recall

of Energy. But once elected, he appointed Terrell H.Bell as Secretary
of Education. Bell had been the Commissioner of Education in
the old office of education during the Ford Administration. He
had actually lobbied Congress for the creation of the new cabinet-level
ED during the Carter years. Then in 1982 a courageous colleague
, National Institute of Education (NIE) Director Edward Curran,
recommended the NIE, the research and development arm of the
ED from which most of the destructive programs emanated, be abolished.
Bell immediately fired him. Any expectation anyone still had
that ED would be abolished disappeared completely.

went on a nationwide speaking tour an spoke in 40 different states
explaining the federal education agenda. She knew that the parents
were being told that they were taking things out of context when
they objected to something going on in the schools. They needed
direct quotes from official documents drafted by the suverters
themselves. They needed to know that there is a deliberate plan
to dumb down their kids and to destroy the nation's values -
a two-pronged plan to destroy this country. Her book provides
the ammunition necessary to help the growing number of citizens
who wish to expose these planners and keep America free. She
doesn't want any American ever again to be confronted with "That's
your opinion" when they object to the outrages which their
children are being subjected. If they have her book, they can

of information needed by parents in order to show deliberate
design in the effort to remake American education. For a full
week during the summer of 1974, members of the Chief State School
Officers Institute representing the 50 state educational departments
met at a plush resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. They were given
recommendations by an array of top leaders of the U.S. Office
of Education and other invited specialists such as Alvin Tofler
and Willard Wirtz. The report coming from the conference, published
and funded by the federal Office of Education states that "technology
has created a new relationship between man, his education, his
society" - a relationship in which "the home, the church"
cannot meet current challenges. Conclusions reached at the conference
included the following: "Individuals need more ... participating
in group decision making": "problems of the future
must be solved based upon values and priorities set by groups";
the states should ...provide alternatives to earning the high
school diploma"; " educational credit should be available
to students for activities related to their studies in work,
volunteer action, community participation, school volunteer programs
and other programs contributing to the betterment of the home,
school, community and society." These are precisely the
type programs that are now enshrined in virtually all of the
nation's schools.
Did the U.N. set out from its creation to influence the U.S.
educational system? In 1946, within a year of the founding of
the U.N. a Canadian psychiatrist names Brock Chisholm spoke before
the organizations's World Health Organization (WHO) on "The
Psychiatry of Enduring Peace and Social Progress." In his
talk, he actually recommended " their interpretation and
eventual eradication of the concept of right and wrong."
By 1948, when Chisholm was serving as the executive director
of WHO's Interim Commission, the journal International Conciliation
published his 1946 speech. It contained a glowing preface by
his good friend, Communist spy Alger Hiss. Chisholm wanted all
teachers retrained in the psychiatric methods. It is from this
type of thinking combined with the pervasive influence of UNESCO,
that behavioral science and values clarification programs were
created and introduced into America's schools.

giving. They gain their energy from others who are filing or
have already failed and produce their own high to sustain their
AI and allows it to grown. From this grows the undermining ideology
of Communism and socialism.

in this phenomenon based upon idolizing everything that is wrong
and where wrong is right, we see the decline of a nation (America
and the world). The base of the United Nations originally contained
people who had this in mind. Remember they can only work in groups

money, power and lots more. All of the latter are created by
the world and are of the world which involves sinisterism and
evil. Creation is not upon the world but within the human entities
as a soul and spirit which communicates with Creator by way of

life and as a communicating source for all decision making and
even opinions. For example, women's choice must come from the
conscience and not from the years of conditioning that woman
have had, and we all know that this conditioning has been sinister
in nature and if not overcome will always lead to a destructive

has its own personality and attracts its own kind. They need

individuals within the specific group must always have some power
or depend on the others in the group.

otherwise the perfect religion would be one for all. You can
observe that there probably are thirty five hundred religions
throughout the world. Of course a perfect religion never occurred
because people have egos (Creator's replacement) and carry their
own burden of an Alien Identity which with all intentions is
destructive and conversely anti-Creation. It is pathetic to see
religions actually destroying those who believe in them just
as if they were Cannibals or any cult, rebellious to Creator.
They were created because of this in the first place. As human
beings wished to find something purposeful in their lives, which
they thought would be purposeful, they devil-oped their own particular
religions not realizing that they are anti-Creation. In the eyes
of Creation, people were supposed to learn and understand and
then move on to do the duty under the eyes of Creator and conscience
and not need something to lean upon such as a religion or party,
or even the U.S.Educational system. The last thing anyone should
need is an educational system or even a United Nations in order
that all corrupted human beings can feed upon their own inadequacies
and dysfunctionalities providing their base of power to rule
as tyrants taking away the sovereignty and individuality of human
beings especially a democratic society such as America. This
is what has happened as explained by the experiences and evidence

do not have this in America and for this reason the school system
has deteriorated to its lowest level. There is no hope for it
unless the parents step in and take it over themselves with no

everything that is wrong. Parents could do this but the sinister
society has kept them in an altered state of mind, brainwashed

And he was absolutely correct because this book calls for changing
the Unites States from free enterprise to a planned economy.

- ........The author has already
explained in his other books how the greatest conspiracy began
in the 16th century when powerful individuals only had one thing
in mind and that was money and power. Certain people financed
governments to make them dependent upon them even where there
had been wars at stake. These sinister but powerful people even
created wars because with their money the made them happen. Without
the money they would not have the weapons and vehicles needed.
These were the same people, certain banks, who financed Adolph
Hitler. These same people had offspring who continued the pattern.
The conspiracy grew from a base in which these people even were
told to intermarry or they inherited nothing. These same corrupted
people had offspring never to experience the life of the common
person and always continued on in a debased life-style to rule
and take as all addictions to power must. We do not read or hear
too much about their offspring because their lives are miserable
but not something the media, TV and newspapers would like to
learn bout them. They are basically kept secret and they have
agents doing their dirty work for them. With so much money they
can buy anyone even presidents.
........We know they buy the political
arena and from this they control the educational system of the
United States. UNESCO is a feed off just like the International
Monetary Fund is a feed off the U.S.Treasury where American tax
money is thrown away to corrupt countries without Congress's
knowledge. The undermining is quite subversive within the socialist
and communist movement throughout the world and only today is
it coming out of the closet more because of the immense egos
involved within their organized leaders who because of their
ego cannot hide anymore and do things in secret. They also know
that they are winning over the people and are addicted to the
feelings of power. They know just as we see in the U.S. Education
that they have already won and their efforts have succeeded in
dumbing down America. It has taken about fifty years to reach
this point but success is at hand and they are celebrating their
cause.
No longer do they need to hide and because so few people are
at the higher conscious level to see it they will remain in control
of the world's education as well this country's.

........There is a 1985
United States-Soviet Union Educational Agreement. You will be
surprised at those who place "conservatism" and conservative
heroes above adherence to the U.S.Constitution. These incredible
agreements opening the door to the introduction of Soviet-stye
education into America's schools were signed by U.S.Secretary
of State George Schultz and Soviet Foreign Minister Edward Shevardnadze.
Then, Edwin Feulner, who today leads the Washington-based Heritage
Foundation but who was then the presidentially appointed chairman
of the Commission on Public Diplomacy if the U.S.Information
Agency, urged speedy acceptance of recommendations contained
in the agreements.
- ........The problem with vouchers.
Vouchers are a mechanism to gain control over private schooling,
and eventually even over home schooling. If vouchers are used
by parents to pay for education outside the government schools,
then the issuer of the voucher (the government) will step in
to certify that the alternative form of education meets government
standards.
........There is a savvy Texan named
Billy Lyon who showed that many educators and politicians us
the term "choice" as a substitute for "vouchers".
What they really seek is control. For instance, Lyon pointed
to Albert Shanker, the late American Federation of Teachers leader,
so stated: "It may be that we can't get the big changes
we need without choice." President George Bush announced,
"Choice is the one reform that drives all others."
And former U.S.Secretary of Education Laura Cavasos expressed
his desire "to use the power of choice to help restructure
American education." When these people employ the word "choice"
then mean "vouchers," the back door approach to gaining
control.

express how manipulating and ambiguous the English language is
and can be used as a means to propagandize the public. One cannot
truly know the intent of politicians no matter what they say.
Those who have faith in politicians are fools. Wherever the power
of the Alien Identity could
easily be utilized in a corrupt manner that would affect masses
of people for sure it is active. One does never need to doubt
that sinisterism exists amongst everything which involves patheticism,
and it is surely pathetic that Americans cannot believe the words
of the politician, the people they elect.

........Charlotte had
an overall answer to the problem of dumbing down America. Prior
to 1930, the United States had the finest education system in
the world. We should be very proud of that fact. And we could
easily return to that prominent position, but doing so has to
be based on a realization that federal money not only is not
the answer, it is the root cause of declining test scores and
the other problems we have discussed. Federal money has been
used for behavior modification not for academics. It has been
used to "dumb down" America's children, not educate
them as their grandparents were educated.
........The first step that must
be taken is to abolish the Department of Education. Once that
has been accomplished, we will see the collapse of all the state
education departments that get as much as 70 percent of their
operating budget from ED.

his heart that there should be an elimination of many departments
of government or even the overall dumbing down of government
itself to solve the serious problem in the department of education.
In government we basically have weak minds who need a job in
government because they cannot find work in the mainstream. Many
in government have never worked anywhere else and are there for
the lack of pressure and the pension. Now what can one expect
from the Department of Education?
........We do not know what it had
been like in government a hundred years ago but this author seems
sure that it could not have been so
pathetic. The leaders who are selected to run each
department are usually the choice of the president and his aides.
The example of the rogues who headed the Clinton Administration
is an extreme one but it tells us that it has been getting seriously
worse. The secretary of education in the Clinton Administration
looked a lot to be desired. We can be sure that he had the agenda
described by Charlotte in her book "dumbing down".
The years from 1992 to 2000 showed so many signs of serious problems
in the schools not only the learning abilities but in attitudes
and even crimes. Crimes are now on the increase again (2002).
