The Lord’s (Creator's) Prayer, used throughout many religions in different versions because of the various translators' own original understandings, is a foundation of the spiritual human mind derived from spiritual individuals who lived a few thousand years ago when religion was not corrupted as we see it today. These spiritual human beings understood their origination and obedience to a Creation ...one Creator only, wherein this one Creator was the same for all (religions and beliefs). They understood pride and ego as the source of disobedience, they understood forgiveness and the need not to Will and resent others.
The Lord’s Prayer has survived and reached today’s present time and is now repeated over and over again every day by millions of people, however the minds and souls of most people today have become corrupted (AHVC) to the point at which the word no longer reaches the spiritual center of the mind, the conscience, as it was originally directed by the few originators of this prayer thousands of years ago. It is now used by people as an excuse momentarily to remove guilt, only to have the need to repeat continuously repeat this prayer with the belief that they are saved from their sins. Before the time of Jesus during the period of the old testament, the Lord’s Prayer was being used with similar words as we see today, however now essentially all we have are words because no longer is there a connection to conscience as there once was thousands of years ago. Civilization today has created hundreds of diversions and addictions to avoid absolute.

Volume I has already explained how different languages had come to be. How they have come about through man’s ego-pride in which every language uses different sounds, tones and ways to express the thought. If you listen to languages such as Chinese and Japanese, it gives the effect of being just noise to those who do not understand the meaning of this noise. The words are mumbled and drawn together with a great deal of emotion and expression. They demonstrate a sensuous style of living. They demonstrate confusion and manipulation. The language spoken for each culture exemplifies the decayed character of people within that culture. Even within the cultures themselves are different personalities characterized by the dialects spoken. We see many cultures and nations living in different lifestyles which are based upon each individual’s determination which originates from his ego-pride. Individuals do not describe the way they are as corrupted human beings, but instead as AHVC human beings who have become dehumanized. This is true for all cultures throughout this whole world. An interesting point to bring out here is that the English language is different. It does not contain masculine and feminine objects such as in the French language in which a table is feminine. The author of this book has not studied languages but has observed how important words are to the thinking process of everyone of us. He has observed the nature of the AHVC mindset and noticed that there is a difference and different effects created over many hundreds and thousands of years. This has separated different cultures and has resulted from individual needs for power and control derived from ego-pride and mind-power manipulation. People unconsciously feel that words have power and when they understand that intuition no longer has the spiritual power originally designed at creation, they resort to words ...therefore ego-pride takes over when we pray since we have resorted to the word.
Now we must look at the problem created by man’s resorting to the word which originally corrupted him. Now we must look at what is actually happening to our minds and souls if we believe that the concept of prayer and the actual act of praying is communicating with our Creator when in actuality it could be communicating with satan. Why is this? Essentially because nearly all human beings have surrendered their lives to what is wrong the first moment they denied the truth, the absolute truth (APT/AST), and they became obedient and a slave to satan’s principles.
To take on a judgemental lifestyle is living in disobedience to Creator’s Truth (APT/AST). American politicans have their own god.
The concept of affirming words over and over again, with emotion to increase the effect of the word, creates an emotional experience and not a true religious experience. There is a difference between an emotional experience and the true spiritual-religious experience. If people need to be inspired to listen to the words of a temple or church surrounded by the elaborate buildings and stained glass windows, they are living under satan’s roof. To study words and stuff the brain with so called “good” knowledge and supposedly the words of Creator is pointless because they are still just words. As long as these words are still in the lower consciousness of the mind the result of all of this is satanic. There is no inbetween because the APT/AST is absolute. You cannot be a little good and a little bad and understand "Creation". Just to accept the word as a means of selfdenial of the APT/AST always produces ill effects. Observe the churches in America how most of them emphasize their words with emotion and music not realizing that it is satanic. They do this in order that their church members cannot disconnect and remain addicted to their church. A good example had been when Rev.Jones took his members to their deaths in Guiana many years ago. Actually none of them could have ever have explained why because it had been satanic and a very powerful dramatic experience as the emotional level had been so great from Rev. Jones in the way he preached to bring them all to their deaths..

Recognizing that this is happening is an wakening and a step towards realization and salvation.
This must be very difficult to accept sincerely by all those reading these words because it is the nature of the satanic influence and the resulting brainwashing to accept the addiction rather than the absolute truth (APT/AST). To reverse this addiction requires the process of withdrawals which can be very painful for most readers before salvation can be accomplished. For this reason it is, always has been and always will be difficult for the majority of people on this earth to come to a spiritual awakening no matter how much they hang on to religion. Yes, it is too painful to realize who and what you are.
Judiasm in the time of Jesus was a religion full of rote word learning and the knowledge was not of the spiritual nature. It was as repetitive as it is today in many ways. In America today Judiasm uses the Hebrew language and many Jews who pray in the temple do not understand the readings.

This is a unrealized benefit to most of these temple worshippers even with their constantly repetitive mumbling of meaningless words which does create an escape to unreality, a form of fantasizing. If the words are understood then they have a different effect which will produce adverse results on the minds of AHVC people. The good side of it is that not understanding the words being prayed keeps the individuals in a meditative state of mind which may be a benefit, especially to those who are NOT out of reach from spiritual reality. Of course everything is relative to how corrupted the individual is. The extreme opposite to this is African or Haitian voodoo.
Take a look at seminaries at large and at what truly comes out of the church and you will see people without true enlightenment ...it is a conspiracy (WGC) to produce church leaders who do not truly represent a Creator. Yes, this is the way satan does his job. Jesus was a so called Rabbi but truly he was just a simple man ...and he chose fishermen for his disciples and not rote-learned Rabbis.
Most people have been submissive to a religious authority all of their lives. To be within the realm of a spiritual and absolute true religious environment everything must be done from the true inner spiritual base and it is important that the wise person understands that it is not wise to be emotionally involved in anything which is non-spiritual and non-absolute especially when it comes to listening to the Word of God. This is true for all religions.
Unless every human being on this earth can make a move towards accomplishing the absolute, an awakening to absolute truth (APT/AST), to see and understand how the “word” originally corrupted the mind and soul, then and only then will every human being stay within the framework of a potentially eternal life.
It is important to see the difference between Faith and Doubt ...truly to see the difference between these two mystical forces ...in order not to fall victim to rote knowledge and lose understanding, insight and intuition. What happens to people is that they tend to seek an outside source (evil) to solve their problems instead of their own inner Creator's original Kingdom. The original doubt of APT/AST continuously leads people not to believe in their inner senses (perception, common-sense, intuition, insight) and therefore constantly to seek other people’s advice. People are seekers but generally they seek the wrong thing and think that when they find something which stimulates their ego-pride, it is an answer to life. This is common in approval seekers. Yearning is the absolute true sense of seeking ..."yearn and you shall find" ...but people do not yearn they just seek and usually find themselves in the same predicament of some hellish environment sooner or later. A good example of this is when a person repeatedly marries and never finds anything but the continuation of the same relationship with different appearances.

Are human entities ever truly honest? The unnatural nature of the greatest conspiracy (WGC) in the human mind seeks power. Translators must be considered traitors. They have translated the bible with the words THEY want to use. The meaning changes in the translations so as to bring you the message they want to bring you. It is very important to have an absolute understanding person to transfer the correct meaning of the translation whenever it is a spiritual message. We are speaking about that which comes from the mind and soul of people two thousand years ago to this day of corruption and doubt. In our present time we have created a Pied Piper effect and the blind are leading the blind.
It is very important not to prepare speeches or the words you want to say ...take a chance and live under true faith and live in an impromtu way. Life must always be spontaneous to be spiritual
Do not plan your thoughts because only the lack of faith, which is controlled by something in you that is not you, the alien identity (AI), feeds the corrupted word into your vocabulary. Spiritually wordless words flow freely. To acknowledge this phenomenon will awaken the original spirit within you ...as if you were holding up the Cross of Jesus, for any Christian.
Yes, words are the most powerful of seductive medium acting as a conduit for satan in our lives. They are the instruments of evil. Looking at a seductive image creates feelings which have immediately been produced from the words in the mind. These feelings are addicting as is any feeling. Yes, it is these words in your thoughts which begin every problem for you.

Our original forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob did not have a religion. They simply spread their spirit throughout the world. They were spiritual people who had found the one and only Creator. There were no books at that time. Meaningful subjects did not need to be put into words. This is the way it should be today in America. Only the word itself has corrupted it all. It is quite obvious to the awakened mind that the original spiritual meaning became lost as time went on through the AHVC word, and the religions we know (see) today took charge.

People must be internally motivated. When people do things from this internal inner sanctum, conscience, what they see is correct, and the person associated with that person does the same similar thing as in a chain reaction. Therefore, if all were right within the framework of the APT/AST, every person would be living the same righteous lifestyle, however what we have in America today is self-righteous lifestyle which are ego-pride orientated. The lifestyle which you have been living does not work. The so-called experts have tried to show you the way but how can they when they themselves live within the AHVC framework?
The Lords Prayer is the way to the inner way.
However, do not pray as heathens repeating over and over again the same words ...these types of people think that through the word, they will be heard by Creator. Do not do this. Do not create images ...we see them everywhere. This is all a violation of the soul and the human psyche. It is a combination of contradictions to that which is truly right and a violation of the human mind and soul. The principles of brainwashing are derived from conflicting issues and what this does makes the human mind accept the word as the truth when in reality it lies ...the power of words (see volume I).
WORDS = IMAGES
The wordless way of seeing things is the only way to survive in this world of ours. In the early years of life the child is tender, and seeks patience and understanding. During this period it is easy to brainwash and corrupt the child. The child is surrounded by impatient people of power. The child grows before the understanding is available from these impatient people ...and in most instances there never is understanding. This continues on from parent to parent. The WGC possesses people and violates them, and then they reach out and grasp for words, and the more words which are swallowed the more bad knowledge enters their minds and displaces the ability to reverse this addiction and need.
Some people reject knowledge in a rebellious way and have a problem with knowledge in general.
Remember: If you reject knowledge, you are not stupid and you have never been, but are reacting to that which you have been made to believe.
It is a difficult process to read any book ...for the mind that is spiritually orientated. A good test for any person to see whether he is intellectually brainwashed is the reason for reading words to add more to his confusion or just to read with a desire to verify some information. Otherwise the words read are frequently garbage and trivia. Reading is difficult for the non-intellectual and the non-violated person who is more spiritual, however the obsessed intellectuals are very difficult to be reached spiritually. For as long as they are absorbed in or distracted by something such as the knowledge itself which may not be true knowledge because even true knowledge can be made into false knowledge. The words of preachers represented as the so called Word of God can be and often is used as false knowledge.
It is far healthier for the mind and soul just to look at knowledge and just undertand it, rather than to study it. Yes, we are traumatized and zombied out and really do not understand what we are learning. A knowledgeable person sees the spiritual person as bad and to be a threat because he feels the danger of being exposed as a follower of evil. This over-knowledged person would have to face his conscience and how very painful that would be.
It is a very dangerous trap for ministers of religion to use emotional words to affirm what is supposed to be the Word of God. The use of emotional highs is dangerous because for every high there is a low. This is the way evil works its way to energize itself through emotions..
The bigger the lie the more emotion is involved and conversely so. There is something about the lie that is quite mystical. The word is the medium for the lie and there is a correlation between ego-pride and the emotional reaction which is created in a very suppressed manner and which should have produced some feelings which should be the feeling of guilt. The lie is supported by the AI which is the presence of the evil spirit in the AHVC human entity and has a mystical way of doing satan’s work. It is a force which becomes an addiction, and of course all addictions are derived from satan’s principles. We have often heard the expression “that obsessive liar”. Yes, lying is an obsession and is evil. Therefore we can readily conclude that the need to lie is the way to avoid the APT/AST, having lost the only way out of a hell, which is to be able to see APT/AST.
True Love has its own mystical power. You must see the absolute truth (APT/AST) and understand intuitively that inner good-knowledge is very private. For this reason it is very difficult for this author to relay the true and absolute spiritual meaning of this text. Many of you who are reading these words will be unable to receive immediate awakenings. Do not be angry or resentful but step back from your feelings and hear this out/
Fantasy and illusions are not real. Is this not that by which everyone is living? The ego-pride state does not have an absolute true loving motivation. There is a difference between the spiritual and intellectual minds ...body language power is only created when people fall to the lie. The spiritual person has no need to use body language for expression and communication.
These kinds of people have failed the basic rules of their Creator. There is an emotional high created from this power derived from the failing of others. People draw from those in the fallen state. An extreme example of this is that when a person murders someone there is an instant emotional high which then leads to an emotional low. The excitement and feeling generated during this type of fiendish act are an example of how all excitements and emotional feelings are derived from the same source ...satan’s principles. By this mystical phenomenon satan has controlled the destiny of the world.
That which everyone has done in America is to have given the experts their undeserving faith ...what a big mistake that has been.
Remember: Expertise should come from common-sense.
Remember: It is important not to learn words and information. Doubting yourself is the basis of sin
Certain mystical powers can be awakened when this APT/AST is revealed to you. Always look for the type of knowledge which awakens you. Look for new levels to master for the courage of your convictions ...nurture your soul as trickling water into a flowing river of freedom or a young innocent child running carefree. You do not need this other garbage ...you have mystical powers which will come slowly and will resist the temptation of ego-knowledge. There is a special way of learning without learning. You need to go through knowledge without its going through you. If you understand and see the power which knowledge has over your mind and soul, you then have the opportunity to release yourself from its evil addiction. Take a good look at your lifestyle. Is knowledge weighing you down? Isn’t everyone drowning in it?

Take this opportunity to stop and look at yourself. Write down in your WGC manual how you see yourself, asking yourself:
“Am I over knowledged?”
“Is my mind full of mixed up thoughts?”
“Am I always into the WORD?”
“Do I like to fantasize?”
“Am I always into my feelings?”
With your having read a great portion of these Volumes, you should be able to ask yourself many questions.
Remember: Understanding will raise you up into the spiritual awakening and knowledge will bring you down. Understanding was originally given to you at birth, and knowledge has been given to you from worldly influence.
The author wants to describe an interesting observation when doing business with people by phone had been successful for him, and he had noticed that when he had met people-customers-face to face they were sometimes intimidated by the author's honest spiritual attitude. Could this be because the customer had a need to be lied to? Could this be because everyone is, relatively speaking, addicted to the lie and when face to face with honesty and innocence which is something unfamiliar to this person, an uncomfortable feeling is produced ...a threat to their evil nature (AI). A person accustomed to lies is made to believe the lie. Is there not a strong need in this person always to be corrupted? Are most people not able to face what is truly good and right? Therefore the author avoids face to face confrontations in his everyday business, not because he fears to do so, but he has recognized that people in general fear being exposed to their failings and would rather live among their own hellish environment and therefore to do business with one ...one might say, with satan himself. Therefore the discovery of the telephone does the following ...permits the author to do business without any confrontations of this kind, and be successful. In addition the telephone provides the opportunity to lie which he does not do, as so many do in his line of work. From this observation it is quite obvious that the human corrupted AHVC nature needs to be with its own kind, and monetary success is not based upon doing what is right.
Are you a successful person in your eyes? How did you accomplish this success? Are you truly successful? What really is success?
Use your WGC manual to throw in some answers for yourself. Can you be truly honest in your answers?.
Jesus was a first in a new line of human beings, and speeking about this new line it takes one to know (see) one and to know (see) what someone is talking about. It is the same source from an UNcorrupted mind. It is similar to tuning into your radio properly or focusing your camera properly. The corrupted (AHVC) mindset cannot focus. What has happened to the AHVC mindset, such as in a radio, is that someone has scrambled its wires.
The world around you does not want you to believe it wants you to be confused. You are capable of being self-sufficient, self-sustaining and independent from any emotion or feeling, however the outside world will force you to be religious. The outside world continuously bombards you with distractions. Then there are comedians trained to induce you to laugh. Then there are so called friends who need to tell you a sick joke to try again to induce you to laugh.
“They” will force you to do anything.
Actually you do not realize that you are dealing with an alien identity (AI) and an enemy to your good spirit. Does this frighten you? Yes, it is hard to believe sometimes. To think that we are all slaves of some alien.
If you are able to grow older and wiser you do not need all of these things. Why not make your own jokes? When you are free you will see the fun in everything ...your attitude will change once you are not under the control of wordly things. If you just look around, isn’t it a big joke how people live? Most everyone is living in an unconscious mindset without intuition, with doubts and fears ...to create the upset which releases the energy with which they are to struggle. This all results in fear, guilt and pressure to turn the once innocent mind into an animal-like existence and to assimilate the external spirit of the world. No man or woman can worship two masters. You either love your Creator or you obey the world and become a slave to its unnatural spirit.
You must come to a relationship with the true spirit.
You must reconcile with the true spirit.
There is a phenomenon called the Principle of Correspondence, meaning as defined in the dictionary and we are only concerned here with the metaphysical aspect: Being similar and being placed with. Mutually adapting.
From this we can create the metaphysical law of Correspondence: When you see a creation, you see a Creator.
When you see a lens in an eye, you see your conscious- ness.
When you see a source of light information then is the film of the light which streams through the lens of your eye.
When you see everything on this earth, what you see will tell you that which you cannot see.

If you store up all the knowledge that you see, you will never see.
When you see gravity, people falling towards the earth, you see people falling away from their Creator and away from being a heavenly body.

People need to return to their own centers away from the pull towards the earth’s center. Most AHVC people are lost and weighted down in this world dying. The power for which people are looking experienced at the time when they feel the most fortunate and the most powerful is truly the worst time. If you feel eight feet tall, you think that which you feel is what you are however the feelings lie to you. You actually believe the lie and by doing so it gives you the power to go on. This phenomenon gives you the false hope to go on living in a wrong way and to feel what is really a lie.
Jesus said: “In order to become spiritualized you must be still.” This is something which no one is teaching. Jesus had one goal and that was to bring Judiasm and Christianity into a spiritalized form. Words spoken as far back as in the 18th Century: “I perceive that all the problems of man come from not being still.” “ Be still and know that I am your Creator “
Go into the closet and pray privately ...not in front of people as you see today in a church. When you fall into a line as a zombie it is impossible to teach you things which come from the right source. Zombies or brainwashed AHVC people think and hear by that which they have heard before. If they have not heard it before, then it cannot be true. This is a learned and brainwashed phenomenon. If you have been brainwashed by religion that “Jesus died for us” and if it is something which the AHVC mindset has heard before then it must be correct. If these same words are said differently then you do not accept it.
All teachings should come from...
“Become objective and live”
These are just a few of the tricks used by the wrong earthly spirit. The tricks are endless and there are millions of them. You can spend all day trying and trying to become spiritual, and there are not enough books and time because it is all derived from evil influences.
Just learn by experience. It may be true that by the time you see the APT/AST you are dead. There is evidence all around you that you might see that you are truly a person of our Creator ...you must believe it or you just won't believe it. This is the Principle of Absolute and you cannot be indecisive about it. It is important to see everything from the distance ...watching, and seeing that which is being written ...here you are enlightened but you do not learn it. When someone is talking to you about this type of language, to be enlightened you must just listen, watch and hear it.
Learn to be unresponsive to it. See it all coming but do not obey its impulses. Watch from the distance. Do not feel the obligation to learn. Just say to yourself “this makes sense”. Be enlightened. Your doubts are probably making you now doubt the doubt. You want to believe and you do not know (see) how not to believe. You try to “turn on” your Creator. You cannot get a degree in religion because it is something which you truly cannot learn. There are millions of religions each as crazy as the other. Millions of people are going nowhere with many rituals and all are as crazy as each other. You must see it with discernment and not judgment. Judging separates you from Creator. See the truth do not judge. You will see all the crazy people as a child sees, but this time you are going to discern. Do not pop up with pride ...you will see all these people around you differently. You will discern and not judge by giving up any emotional need from the seeing.
The Light shows you everything, and discernment gives you time.
You must not read books to become wiser. You will unfold from within yourself more skills and talents, and your creative and innovative ways will come out in minutes which took intellectual people years. Suddenly you will be a natural scientist and physicist. There is a mystic (metaphysical) power available to everyone on this earth when awareness of APT/AST is awakened through the process of salvation, pain amd suffering.
Learn to deal with people properly because your AHVC mindset became what it is today through the moments during which you did not deal with people properly. There is a correct protocol for devine love. If this is not present human relationships become destructive and evil. In actuality you are dealing generally with the evil in people. When you deal properly with people using the inherent devine love you are able to earn "points" from Creation and be rewarded the right way. Basically life is ...if you do NOT have the original spirit of Creator to deal with within all human entities, during each moment to moment (MOT), then you cannot deal correctly with people. Once you have taken that deep breath and said to yourself: “Ah, Ah....., now I see” you have flexed your muscles and your inner soul develops a mystical power. You developed a conduit within Creator’s spirit.
It is very important to have a technique to meditate otherwise you will just be repeating words. Otherwise you become as a stutue. You must learn a way of being still and only then are the wordless words a language of the soul. The soul must be separate, passive and submissive, and in no way can it be allowed to lose energy as you see in emotional people.
To bring good into existence is a phenomenon, and you may never truly understand its mystery, but when you give it your soul and patience you become an extention of your Creator which he originally had designed and created for you. This the author hopes you do understand. You will then do the right things, develop character and take this on with you wherever you go throughout your life.
Americans have lost character.
Questions now which you can ask yourself:
How did I get to this state?
How did I get here, today?
What is this bridge between the two worlds?
On which side am I?
What transported me here?
The constant moment to moment meditative state by the Light, is the key.
Something to anticipate when death arrives is to learn that your body, your container-like entity, is the bridge between the two worlds, and when your body dies, there becomes a big chasm. On which side will you be on? Are you apprehensive to learn?
Be careful and do not do your acts of righteousness before men. For example if you give someone money, and make it a point to let them know that you did ...it is better to do it without that person's knowing. If you let them know, it ruins the idea and your attitude.
Do not draw attention to your giving. To give silently produces a spiritual reward. Love is natural. If you receive any reward for doing the right thing for the right reason it is because it has its own spiritual reward. Otherwise there is no absolute reward. For this reason you cannot reward a child for doing what is right. A child must see it is right. For this reason it is very difficult to reward employees for good work. The compensation should come because of being a morally good person not because of hard work.
Do not do things for approval.
Do not announce anything for hypocrites ...and most people are hypocrites.
When you give to the needy do it in secret.
Do not be important ...you can see that everyone wants to be important.
Note: The only original thought is basically the same thought, because everyone is trying to think of something different. Everyone wants to be different but actually everone is the same.
Do not pray to be like the hypocrites because if you do, you will find the whole world trying to manifest within you.
Yes, there are many forces conspiring to make you doubt yourself.
Do not have compassion for the world.
Do not seek what the world has to offer.
Once you have discovered the Light, you must find people as yourself because if you associate with the wrong people, you will fall into their games and tricks.
Remember: These can be very difficult to find therefore be patient and just understand, and the true absolute spirit will come to you.
Find a quiet room, close the door and become unseen. Have no fear your heavenly father, your Creator, will see you.
Be seen and look at life in secret.
Do not babble words of prayer as in paganism.
Do not have any idol ...as those idols in the church.
The churches are violating you through the images and idols which have been placed within their walls. The violations by the church created a dangerous trap.
Do not continue to repeat ...people believe that they will be heard by repetition.
When you are in a state of meditation, you cannot assume you know that which is good for you. People tend to think that they know what is good for them but rather it is their ego that thinks this influenced by their everpresent WGC.
Do not do business with the devil.
Emotionalizing yourself by raising your energy to this level only makes you miserable when you reach the hell contained within it.
"Seek first the Kingdom of Creation and then everything will be added" ... you can see that most AHVC people go the other way. Most AHVC people seek money and power from the earth rather than enlightenment. The power is that which animals seek.
Always pray in the meditative state
Do not use words to reflect that which is in your heart
Once you know how to medititate, it becomes as the Lord’s (Creator's) Prayer.
Do not make the “word” the conduit for a spiritual message.
The word is the instrument of evil.

The Lord’s Prayer can be seen as follows as we break it down section by section:

“Our father which art in heaven.....” these words acknowledge that we have an ego ...and so goes the ego.
There are so many traps because people go to the temple to thank their own Gods who are the devil in disguise. People think that God is wonderful which is another trap. When you become conscious, the Light will lead you to the true Creation.

“Our father, which art in heaven HALLOWED be thy name.....” not my name.
You are always playing God. You want people to recognize you. You work for approval. You work to get the boss's approval. You slave to get recognition. Within the framework of the game you are playing, realization of consciousness is not possible.

“.....thy kingdom come thy will be done.....”
All you want is recognition, leading you to degrade yourself for recognition. You do things for recognition all the way to the grave, and become increasingly stubborn remembering the feeling which you got from what you did while thinking “I didn’t do it hard enough to get that feeling.” Then you love more to get this feeling again, and Let go and let God in. Go into your closet, sit quietly and practice away from your intellect. Observe how most people come from the intellectual conditioning and need to play God. Practice away from your judgements, your fantasies, your romances, your glory and without these egotistical needs. See that you are nothing, but see that this nothing is what you must be.
To sit quietly will give you pain ...approach the pain ...as if you were facing death and dying. Surrounded by your conscience ...look to be humble and corrected. Look for the opportunity to be patient.

Following the principles of The Lords Prayer.
There is a better translation... in Matthew:
“Our father who is in heaven, hallow(ed) be his name, your kingdom come, you(r) will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we have already forgiven.....” give up our resentment ...it is not in every translation but it is implied that we give up our resentment.
“.....for thine is the kingdom the power and the glory for ever and ever.....”
“.....for yours is the kingdom.....”
Do not have the desire for power
Just let go and sit quietly in your closet and separate yourself from the intellectual mind ...no longer judging.
Look at yourself as a nothing and realize that you must be saved.
Sit still and be quiet
Ego v humility is not a pleasant contrast ...wherein everything comes towards your past years of judging and when you were prideful and rebellious.
